Shipping Methods Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping Methods

At Tiger Fiber Hemp, we offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Your order shipment sent within 2-3 business days, with tracking available.
  • Expedited Shipping: Your order shipment sent same or within 24 hours, whichever is most feasible and you pay for. 
  • Freight Forwarding: For large orders of a pallet (LTL) or Full Truckloads, please allow 1-2 weeks for the order to ship from time of payment.
 

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tiger Fiber Hemp. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To return an item, please contact us at james@tigerfiberhemp.com to request a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags. We will not accept returns of items that have been used damaged or altered in any way.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.

If we deem the product used or damaged or anything is missing, we will have to deduct whatever damages or missing amount has been removed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at james@tigerfiberhemp.com to request an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost. If the exchanged item is not available, we will process a refund for the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at james@tigerfiberhemp.com as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at james@tigerfiberhemp.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns and refund process outlined above.
